A commissioned acrylic painting takes approximately 2-1/2 months to complete. A clear digital image will be needed so the small details can be seen when zooming in. The fine details of a photo, including all the shadows and highlights, helps with rendering a more realistic image.

The canvas is a 1/8” wood board that has been gessoed and sanded 3 times. When the painting is complete, a clear acrylic coat with UV protection is applied.
